Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on belgraviawear.co.uk, operated by LCOSTA ECOM LTD, 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4FG.

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship outside the UK.

2. Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after your order is confirmed. As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates based on our courier partners and may occasionally vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or postal strikes. If your order is affected by a significant delay, we will contact you.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Where free standard shipping is offered, the qualifying conditions are shown on the product page and at checkout.

5. Order tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. Your tracking link is included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.

6. Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible; we can update it before dispatch but not once the parcel has left. Orders returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address may be re-sent at the customer's cost.

7. Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, please see our Refund Policy for returns.
