Terms of Service — Belgravia Wear

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who we are
This website, belgraviawear.co.uk, is operated by LCOSTA ECOM LTD ("Belgravia Wear", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4FG. You can contact us at contact@belgraviawear.co.uk.

2. These terms
By placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the site when you place your order.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

4. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly from the images you see on screen, and minor variations in handmade or natural materials (such as leather and linen) are normal and not a fault. Measurements are approximate. All products are subject to availability.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if we discover an error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout.

6. Placing an order
When you submit an order you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email, but a binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions, and we will refund any payment already taken.

7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout; they are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and let us know within 48 hours if it arrives damaged.

8. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, email us within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at your own cost, unless the items are faulty. Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We will refund the price paid and standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check them. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (for example, underwear where the seal has been broken) are excluded unless faulty. Our Refund Policy may offer a longer voluntary returns window; where it does, the more generous terms apply.

9. Faulty goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on when the fault is reported. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Watches, jewellery and leather care
Water-resistance ratings on watches are as stated by the manufacturer and apply to new products; exposure to water, perfume or impact beyond those ratings is not covered as a fault. Natural leather will develop a patina with wear. Care guidance is provided on each product page.

11. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined unless we say otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a promotion at any time. Gift cards, where offered, are non-refundable and valid for the period stated at purchase.

12. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

13. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs and layout — belongs to LCOSTA ECOM LTD or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, or to place orders using false details. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

15. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, for losses not caused by our breach, or for business losses, as we supply goods for private use only. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal strikes, extreme weather, supplier failures or disruptions to payment systems. We will contact you as soon as possible and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel for a full refund.

17. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

18. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at contact@belgraviawear.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you may refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider or use the small claims track of the county court.

19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

20. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Any failure by us to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and us; no third party has any rights under them.
